Subscription Terms
We are excited to offer convenient subscription options through Appstle Subscriptions. Our subscription service allows you to receive your favorite shampoo and conditioner bars on a recurring basis, ensuring you never run out of your hair care essentials.
Available Subscription Plans:
- 2-Month Plan
- 3-Month Plan
- 6-Month Plan
How Subscriptions Work:
- When you subscribe to a plan, you will be charged upfront for your first order, and then automatically charged for each subsequent order based on your selected subscription plan (every 2, 3, or 6 months).
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed, and the price for each renewal will be at the same price as your initial order unless we notify you of a price change.
Subscription Management:
- You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your account on our website. You can update your delivery address, pause or cancel your subscription, or change the frequency of your deliveries.
- If you need to make changes to your subscription, please do so at least 3 days before your next renewal date to ensure we can process the change in time.
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will not be charged for future renewals, but you will still receive and be charged for any orders that are already in process.
- Cancellations must be done at least 3 days prior to your next scheduled renewal to avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle.
Refunds and Returns for Subscription Products:
- Our return and refund policy for subscriptions is the same as our general return policy. If you experience any issues with your subscription product (e.g. irritation or damage), please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will assess the situation and offer a refund or replacement if necessary.
- We do not accept returns on used subscription products.
