Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Kambience. We take great pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

Returns:

  • Due to the personal and hygiene nature of our products (shampoo and conditioner bars), we do not accept returns once the product has been used.
  • If the product is unopened and unused, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the product is in its original, unopened condition for a full refund.

Refunds:

  • We offer a refund if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or if it causes irritation or sensitivity after use.
  • If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us at hello@kambience.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require a description of the issue and may request a photo of the product. If deemed appropriate, we may offer a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Please note: We reserve the right to request a medical report for cases of irritation or sensitivity if the product reaction is severe.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • We do not provide refunds if the issue arises from improper storage or use of the product, including but not limited to exposure to excessive heat or moisture.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact us at hello@kambience.com.au within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting information (photos, medical reports, etc.).
  3. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Shipping Costs:

  • If a refund is approved due to a defective or problematic product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
